If you have any variable or fixed payments like CAM, Tax or Insurance, you would enter it into the additional payments section of Add Lease. Once you select Add Additional Payment you may select which type of payment it is (Variable or Fixed) and you may enter in the additional payment rent amount similar to how you would for Base Rent.
